Software and IT Services firms merge to offer one-stop business management solutions


CLINTON, MA - BAESIS, Inc., a Massachusetts-based developer and value added reseller (VAR) of software, announced today they have signed a definitive merger agreement with AXiXA Corporation; a local provider of IT services and consulting.


Baesis, Inc, established in 2007, develops a real estate closing software package and is a VAR of a leading scanning and document management system. AXiXA Corporation, a seven-year-old company, provides IT services and consulting for small to medium size businesses. Together, the merger will provide clients with a one-stop shop for business management solutions.
