The NetworkIT Process:

For every client engagement, an AXiXA NetworkIT project team will begin with an analysis of any existing networking technology and topology. This may be based upon the results of a previous AXiXA AuditIT project, or any other comprehensive report on the company’s existing resources.

Once the business goals of the network expansion are understood (often done via an AXiXA Discovery project), a new network topology design will be developed (if necessary). Before this is presented to your executive team, a detailed project plan, recommended components list, and preliminary cost analysis will be created. This will help inform critical decisions on possible alternative implementations.

The AXiXA NetworkIT project team can further be retained to do the actual implementation, managing any and all aspects of the network installation – from acquiring hardware and software; to configuring, staging and testing equipment; to bringing up the new network live; to delivering formal training and instruction to your network management staff on the new environment.
